All pregnant Christian women may want to check this DVD out. It has little devotions by Cindy Ratcliff which just help you medidate on the beauty of God. For me as a Christian woman, this DVD is a blessing. So after not exercising my whole first trimester per my OB's orders, as soon as I reached my second trimester I ordered the DVD. The service was prompt & I was surprised. Honestly. On day 1 I previewed the DVD & I liked Nicole's style etc more than I did Martha's(maybe because I am pregnant!!). Anyway overall, I just loved what I was seeing. Day 2 I decided to try the prenatal workout & I loved it. It is a mere 20 minutes but you certainly feel your body doing some work. I would recommend this workout to anyone who is pressed for time but still wants to work out. It is indeed a SMART MOVE.
