
As both a certified yoga and pilates teacher, I tend to be a little harder to please than the average customer.I'm looking not only for a great workout that fits in my schedule, but also for good, clear explanations for an at home practice.This is important no matter what level of experience your own practice may be. Yoga and Pilates (true Pilates, anyway) both stress awareness of movement and alignment, so the person who guides you should emphasize the important points. Carly does this. She really knows her stuff and has an enthusiasm for her work that will get you through any "blah" days (days you don't want to work out). There are modifications and ways to challenge yourself in each segment and you can choose 1 or all of the segments depending on the time you have.
I highly recommend all of her dvds, not just for this site, but when students ask for dvd recommendations.It's a great set to have to add to any classes you take or if you work out only at home.
