Workout Ball: Pilates, Toning and StretchI bought this to use on the days that I don't do weights.It's wonderful.When you first view it you'll think that the exercises are so easy it can't possibly do anything.Surprise!It's very thorough.You really get a good workout.Sarah keeps you going for almost a full hour and you really feel good when you're done.I've tried so many exercise tapes, but this is one I really like.I just wish she would do another one.
