
This thoroughly enjoyable walking workout clocks in at about 35-minutes.PJ says we've walked just over two miles, and that seems right compared to other walking workouts I own (i.e., Leslie.)She leads three others and cues very well, all the while chatting about mostly health related stuff.I really liked her - personable and friendly without being overly talkative.After about 30 minutes of walking, heel digs, kicks, hamstring curls, and knee lifts, we slow it down for about five minutes, then hit the floor for a traditional 20-minute pilates routine (rolldowns, the hundred, etc.)The music is low-key and jazzy, which is an interesting change of pace from the faster dancey music I am used to ... but it works and it is actually quite pleasant!All-in-all, I enjoy walking with PJ and the gang!
