Yoga and Pilates Workouts for DummiesYoga and Pilates for Dummies is fantastic.I'm a middle-aged man who discovered this by accident.An acquaintance had the single version of Pilates For Dummies lying around.I borrowed it and began to work out with it 5 days immediately after.With no initial change in dieting, I drop from a 34 waist to a 33 in a couple of weeks.

I did some research and began to change my diet.Now, after 3 years, I am only doing it twice a week, one dvd for Pilates and 3 days later the Yoga, dvd.I've gained the confidence since I rediscover my stomach muscles to take up weight training.I can say without hesitation that I am in the best shape of my life.

If one takes the time to do the exercises on a regular basis, you will wake up one morning and discover a distinctive change in your body, like I did.

Highly recommended.
