Strictly Upper Body: Glute Camp and Total Body with Pilates and YogaThree separate workouts are included in this "Parts" (as in body parts) collection by Tracey Staehle. STRICTLY UPPER BODY targets upper body muscle groups in a specific sequence to achieve maximum muscle recruitment. Total 45 minutes. TOTAL BODY gets multiple muscle groups simultaneously, combining cardio with strength work and giving you a big bang for your buck. This workout also has some Pilates and a yoga stretch at the end. Total 30 minutes. And my favorite - GLUTE CAMP - This one is not only a grueling (in a fun way) workout for your lower body, it is also choreographed to instrumental remakes of hit songs. The great music motivates you to keep going and work harder. Total 45 minutes. For some exercises throughout the DVD, Tracey uses a BOSU, which is great news for BOSU owners. However, fear not. If you don't own a BOSU, all of these exercises translate easily to a step. All in all, this is one great value and one of Tracey's best workouts to date.
