Pilates 'Flexible Strength Beginner and Advanced Workout'As a beginner to Pilates finding Erin Day's series was a pleasant surprise. The set is exactly what I was looking for. After just a few weeks of doing the beginners workout I am feeling much better physically and the stretching exercises have really relived a lot pain I was experiencing in my shoulders and lower back. Erin is an excellent instructor who goes at an easy to follow pace that makes the workout enjoyable. I still have a ways to go but I look forward to moving up to Erin's advanced program once I have become comfortable with the basic routine. I feel I made a really good investment and without hesitation recommend this DVD set to anyone interested in the Pilates fitness method.
