Got More Bands Resistance Bands for body sculpt #2I love this workout! There's 3 full workouts so I can do a different one each time! This has everything I wanted-sculpting, pilates type moves for the core and lots of variety. There is no music and at first that was different to me, but now I feel like I get a private training session each workout. The instructor explains every move and what to focus on and the workout seems to just fly by!I would highly recommend this workout for anyone who has resistance bands!
