
I really like this video.The exercises are derived from the reformer on the mat sequence, which is considered to be super advanced.The exercises are based on traditional reformer exercises.Some of them do seem a little easy (for example, those which focus mostly on the arms seem pretty easy without the resistance of the reformer).However, many exercises which aren't that hard on the reformer (particularly those which involve your legs on the foot bar), are incredibly hard on the mat because you have to hold your legs up while doing the exercises...For example, the foot work (the video's first sequence), which is considered warm-up on the reformer, is very hard on the mat (and don't even get me started on the stomach massage series!).
I find this video extremely challenging, and it also is a nice change from the traditional mat sequence featured in most other Caban videos.I highly recommend this video for anyone what a little variety and a truly challenging workout.
