Winsor Pilates DVD Review: Exhale: Core Fusion Collection Review

This collection is amazing and wonderful.It might seem like it is an easy workout when reading the back of the dvd's but wow, they are anything but easy.It is one of the best workouts I have done in a long time, plus they are extremely enjoyable and really make you feel good when you are done.I am a runner and I have noticed a huge improvement in my running since I added this to my weekly routine.I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about a great workout without feeling like they are "working out".Some of the moves are intense and the ab workout is past intense.I do not know if there is a word to describe it.Out of the whole dvd set the ab workout is hard and I mean hard, but it feels good at the same time.Give it a try I think you will love it!
