I bought a complete set of these workout DVDs for my wife a couple of years back.The entire set is exceptional but this specific workout is her favorite.It does a lot in just a short time.She says it is the best she has ever used and she has been a gym "freak" for 20 years. The only reason I am looking for another copy is one of the boys misplaced her DVD when getting a movie for their grandmother and we cannot find it.Therefore I am scrounging to find a replacement..........even if it has to be VHS for the time being.Get it, use it, you won't be sorry.
